1 Candle (taper, birthday candle, tealight, votive, etc) in white, pink, or red. Or any color that represents your intention. If have no colors, white works just fine.
An Oil or Lustral Water to dress your candle. If you have it, a cooking oil like olive oil works fine. Or you can use an oil that fits your intention. You can check out Moonlight Potions & Charms oils below, too!
Marker to write on the candle OR something sharp to carve into the candle

Lustral water is basically holy or blessed water, be it blessed by a deity, spirit, ancestors, the sun or the moon. The Full Moon falls on February 16th, and the energy lasts for three nights--night before, night of, and night after. If you'd rather use a lustral water instead of an oil, leave some water in a container out in the moonlight on the 15th or 16th. It can be left in a bottle, a cup, a jar, or Tupperware--whatever you have, preferably with a lid. Sit this container of water outside on your porch, on your windowsill, on your vehicle's dash or seat, where ever it won't be disturbed. Let it sit for a few hours, with the intention of the water soaking up or being blessed by the Moon. If you can't see the moon due to clouds or window direction, don't worry, the energy is still there. Bring this container to the ritual if you'd like.
